2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, agreement, and delivery of products and services by Bloom and Green, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Prices and Payment 3.1 All prices listed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated. Any additional costs, such as shipping, are listed separately. 3.2 Payment must be made via the available payment methods on the website. Orders are only processed after payment has been received. 3.3 Bloom and Green reserves the right to change prices. Price changes will not affect ongoing orders.
4. Delivery 4.1 Bloom and Green strives to deliver orders within the indicated delivery period. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered strict deadlines. 4.2 If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Bloom and Green cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. 4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with Bloom and Green until the products are delivered to the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal 5.1 The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Bloom and Green via Laurella@BloomAnd.Green or by phone +31 40 311 40 00 and return the product undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. 5.3 Bloom and Green will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned undamaged product.
6. Warranties and Liability 6.1 Bloom and Green guarantees that the delivered products meet the specifications listed on the website. 6.2 If a product is defective, the customer must contact Bloom and Green within a reasonable period. Bloom and Green will offer a replacement product or refund the purchase amount. 6.3 Bloom and Green is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product or use contrary to the instructions.
7. Complaints Procedure 7.1 Any complaints about products or services can be submitted in writing or by E-mail to info@BloomAnd.Green. 7.2 Bloom and Green aims to respond to complaints within 14 days with a substantive reply. 7.3 If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it will be considered a dispute and subject to Dutch law.

9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the website, logos, images, texts, and products are owned by Bloom and Green. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or otherwise use material without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law and Disputes 10.1 All agreements between Bloom and Green and the customer are governed by Dutch law. 10.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Bloom and Green is established, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
